April Bowden, Director, of Marion Animal Resource Connection shares with us the limitations in rural Tennessee areas and how their organization is tackling the problem in Marion County and beyond. Like many animal shelters, MARC does not receive any government funding. Besides DONATIONS (funds and supplies), MARC always needs FOSTERS and loving homes for their ADOPTABLE pets.
