"This month's Heritage Alliance's History Happy Hour will take place on Thursday, July 23 at the Jonesborough/Washington County History Museum inside the Jonesborough Visitors Center. Private collector Robert Jones will speak on our current exhibit, Mind Your Business: 250 Years of American History through Currency, that was developed in partnership with him. This exhibit connects national history with local stories from Tennessee and Jonesborough, highlighting the role frontier communities, banks, businesses, and everyday citizens played in shaping the American economy and the American experience. July's History Happy Hour is the perfect time to walk through the exhibit and learn about the coins, paper money, promisory notes, and financial artifacts on display!"
